Room Rates for two people: -

$190 per night - min 2 nights
$160 per night for 6 nights or more.

Except between 9th September to 24th October

$275 per night - min 2 nights
$250 per night for 6 nights or more

($25 per night per extra person -Max 2) applies year round.

Including a Continental Breakfast.

  The property is not suitable for persons with physical disabilities or young children under the age of 10 years, due to stair access.

Booking:

Accommodation at Point View House is by reservation only.

Reservations are secured by payment of a deposit of 25%, either by cheque or credit card, with balance due on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

Because of our small size any cancellation affects us significantly, therefore we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy.

Within 30 days of arrival 25% charge.
Within 14 days of arrival 50% charge.
Within 72 hours of arrival 75% charge.
